For rising football falcons! 90 minute sessions with former PHS head football coach and current PHS teacher, Dave Murray. I have been a high school football coach for the past 10 years. I first started as an assistant coach for 2 years at Winters Mill High School (Carroll County) then moved to Poolesville High School (Montgomery County) where I worked my way up from an assistant coach to JV head coach to varsity offensive coordinator. I then spent the last 4 years as a head varsity football coach at Poolesville High School. I have also coordinated with the youth football programs in the area and ran a variety of clinics, camps, and practices for all ages and skill levels. In addition, I serve as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for all types and levels of athletes (male and female). I am a Level 1 Certified Crossfit Trainer, USA Football certified Heads Up Coach, Level 2 Certified Interscholastic Coach, and a highly qualified special education teacher with teacher certifications in Social Studies (K-12), Science (6-12), PE (K-12), and Reading (K-12).

Sessions will focus on skills and drills to prepare for high school football for the first half and then the second half will be more strength and conditioning to prepare for the upcoming season. Drills and skills will progress throughout the sessions and build up each time to demonstrate growth and mastery of the skills. All skill levels are encouraged.
