The last 30 minutes of the Friday session will consist of a flag football game putting all the fundamentals, skills, and IQ learned throughout the week to the test!
Each day will consist of a life lesson to be emulated throughout the day and week, warm up/stretch, agility drills, fundamental drills, skill development drills, football IQ drills, and skill and position based games. Water breaks will be frequent and no athlete will be denied a request to get a drink. Hydration is a major part in athletic performance no matter the age or skill level.
Fundamentals are key. Every athlete from beginner to pro practices fundamentals. Every week we will cover the fundamentals of each position with drills to practice them.
No two weeks will be exactly the same though as each position group is far too intricate to cover in a mere 3hrs. Each week will consist of different skills taught, drills run, and football IQ lessons.
