Elite Ball Handling & Creation- Advanced ball manipulation and rhythm dribble series
- Creating separation through pace, angles, and footwork
- Live reads vs. on-ball pressure and secondary defenders
- Pick-and-roll decision making and change-of-direction counters
- Transition ball handling and attack concepts
- High-volume game-speed shooting progression
- Movement shooting (drift, lift, flare, pin-down, and relocation)
- Shot creation off the catch and off the dribble
- Finishing through length and physicality (contact, extension, inside-hand, floaters)
- Mid-range scoring package and three-level scoring concepts
- Late-clock and contested shot creation
- Guards: Pick-and-roll reads, pace creation, advanced passing, shot creation
- Wings: Catch-to-score actions, attacking closeouts, movement shooting, secondary playmaking
- Posts: Face-up scoring, footwork, finishing through contact, short-roll playmaking, post counters
- Advantage/disadvantage situations
- Small-sided games emphasizing quick decisions
- Read-and-react offensive concepts
- Transition attack and conversion drills
- Defensive recognition and offensive counters

3. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (60 minutes)
Tailored to basketball’s demands: explosiveness, lateral quickness, stamina- Warm-Up & Mobility
- 3 Dimensional Dynamic warm-up focusing on different movement techniques/strategies.
- Full body mobility and flexibility
- Strength Training
- Full body strength training, education and execution of basic foundational exercises that yield the most results for increasing athletic performance.
- Explosiveness & Agility
- Vertical and horizontal force development
- Rotational Power and core stability development
- Speed development (resisted or un-resisted)
- Conditioning / Game Shape
- Metabolic conditioning for the sport of basketball
- Partner competition drills to mimic tryout intensity
