With the cancellation of sports ( Cross Country,Track and Road Races) I will be offering Saturday morning track and trail workouts ( Speed Workouts) for all levels of runners. This is a great opportunity to keep motivated and receive state of the art training. All Sessions will incorporate a warm up, drills, speed workout and a cooldown. These workouts will keep runners sharp in the hopes that a winter season will happen. Locations will vary but will all be in Suffolk County. See you on Saturday Mornings.
