Shooting & Dodging Session II
Where: 360 Fitness & Performance, Fairfield, NJ
Who: Boys grades 3rd– 6th
What: Each session players will develop shooting techniques possessed by all the great shooters. Player will practice shooting in tight spaces, while on the run, and with their feet set. Players will also work on intermediate dodging techniques along with speed & agility training. Helmet, Stick, & Gloves required.
When: February 1, 15, 22, 29 (4 Saturdays)
Hours: 11:00am – 12:00pm
