Event Description:

This program is designed for athletes who want to separate themselves from the competition by developing total-body strength, power, and athleticism that transfer directly to sport.

At the forefront of this program is power development through jumping, throwing, and mastering fundamental movement techniques. Athletes learn how to produce, absorb, and transfer force efficiently which builds the foundation needed for speed, strength, and long-term performance.

Powered by cutting-edge 1080 Motion Sprint technology as well as our other forms of speed and power technology such as timing laser and Hawkin Dynamics Force Plates; each session blends advanced technology with proven training methods. Athletes not only improve speed and explosiveness, but also develop sound mechanics, force production, and movement efficiency while tracking progress in real time.

Sessions are built around four core pillars of athletic development:

Movement Fundamentals & Technique – teaching proper 3-Dimensional jumping, landing, and deceleration mechanics to enhance speed, efficiency, coordination, and injury resilience.

Explosive Power Development – progressive 3-Dimensional jump training and medicine ball throws to build lower- and upper-body power, rotational strength, and force transfer.

Strength, Speed & Acceleration – resisted and assisted sprinting combined with strength-based drills to improve force production, first-step quickness, and top-end speed.

By emphasizing movement quality with strength development exercises and supporting it with dosing higher velocity jumps, throws and sprints; this program prepares athletes to perform faster, stronger, and more confidently on game day, whether on the field, court, or ice.
