Event Description:

NFRONT group speed training programs are designed with the young athlete in mind teaching proper exercise mechanics and safety. The program commits to reinforcing the proper running fundamentals (knee drive, arm action, and ankle flexion) in conjunction with age-appropriate strength and core exercises. Once coaches have determined that the appropriate developments have been made within each individual youth athlete, they will graduate into more advanced training where focus is on strength development along with more advanced speed, agility and plyometric training.


This program is essential to youth athletes of any and all skill levels. Even though in a group atmosphere the workouts are personalized and catered to the benefit of each individual. Any of our workouts can be modified for our clients that have injuries or want to slow the pace.
