ACL Injury Prevention LEVEL 1 Clinic for Youth Athletes – 4 Sessions

Help your athlete build strength, stability, and confidence while reducing their risk of serious knee injuries. This 4-session ACL Injury Prevention Level 1 clinic is designed for youth athletes who play sports that involve running, jumping, and quick changes of direction such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, softball, and flag football.


Athletes will learn proper jumping and landing mechanics, balance and stability training, core strength, and foundational lower-body exercises that help protect the knees and improve overall athletic performance.


Level 1 focuses on bodyweight and band exercises that athletes can easily continue doing at home or before practices.

This clinic is perfect for beginner to intermediate athletes who want to develop safer movement patterns, improve coordination, and build a strong athletic foundation before progressing to heavier strength training.


Athletes will receive hands-on instruction, individualized feedback, and drills used by top injury-prevention programs.

What athletes will work on:

• Jumping and landing technique

• Knee stability and balance

• Core strength and hip activation

• Hamstring and glute strength

• Proper sprint and deceleration mechanics

Building these habits early can help athletes reduce ACL injury risk, move more efficiently, and perform better in their sport.
