Welcome to the 805's Soccer Skills & Strength Training Summer Camp! Heres some general information about the camp that we think would be helpful to know:

- Location: Oakbrook Park (2787 Erbes Rd, Thousand Oaks, CA)
- Soccer and Strength Training combined (Goalkeeper friendly)
- Ages: 7-18
- Dates: Monday 6/19, Tuesday 6/20, Wednesday 6/21
- Times: 9:00am-11:00am (Youngers, 8-12) 11:30am-1:30pm (Olders, 13-18)
DAY BY DAY FOCUS
Day 1:
- Field Players: First touch/Dribbling/Technical Footwork
- Goalkeepers: Fundamentals (Handling, Diving, Footwork)
- Strength: Speed Fundamentals
Day 2:
- Field Players: Ball Mastery/Skill Moves
- Goalkeepers: Distribution/Shot Stopping
- Strength: Strength Training
Day 3:
- Field Players: Combination of the past two days
- Goalkeepers: Shot Stopping/Crossing
- Strength: Being Reactive and Explosive
