Sundays / 1:00-2:00 pm / 60-minute sessions
limited to 12 athletes / starts August 25th and runs through November 10th
Cost: $25 for an individual session / If you are interested in signing up for all 12 weeks - you will save money, let me know if you are interested in 12 week program savings
SESSIONS WILL INCLUDE:
mobility work, static stretching, PNF stretching, body tempering, Diaphragmatic breathing, Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR), Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs), Progressive Angular Isometric Loading, Regressive Angular Isometric Loading (PAILS & RAILS), additional nutrition and recovery method suggestions for during the week
