Hamilton Offseason Basketball Development Program
Player development doesn’t happen overnight, it happens through consistent work, commitment, and attention to detail. The purpose of the offseason is to elevate your game and build habits that translate into success during the season.
My weekly workouts are designed to prepare players for real game situations by creating opportunities to make game reads at game speed. Every drill and live segment is built to improve basketball IQ, decision-making, confidence, and overall skill development.
The goal of each session is to equip athletes with the tools needed to thrive within their team’s system and become more impactful players during the season.
Each workout includes:
- 20–25 minutes of skill development focused on game application
- Scoring off the dribble and off the catch
- Decision-making and basketball fundamentals
- Competitive live play and small-sided games
Players will compete through structured 1-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3, and 4-on-4 situations to apply offensive and defensive principles in game-like environments.
