Event Description:

Baseball- Peak Performance Skill & Athletic Development Program 

6 Weeks | 2x Per Week | Pitching • Hitting • Fielding


Take your young ballplayer to the next level with this high-energy, skill-focused 6-week program designed to build confident, well-rounded athletes. Players will develop advanced fundamentals in hitting, pitching, and fielding, while improving coordination, strength, and overall athleticism.

Each session blends technical instruction, game-speed reps, and competitive challenges to reinforce proper mechanics and help players transfer skills directly into game play. This program is ideal for players ready to go beyond basic fundamentals and begin training like complete athletes.

CoachUp Skills Training – 60 Minutes

Advanced Hitting Development

  • Dynamic Load & Rotation: Teaching balance, sequencing, and power generation from the lower half.
  • Front Toss Line Drives: Barrel control with emphasis on driving balls to all fields.
  • Timing & Contact Progressions: Step-in and rhythm drills to improve hand-eye coordination.
  • Target Practice Hitting: Whiffle/tennis ball accuracy drills to develop barrel awareness and control.
  • Competitive Hitting Rounds: Points-based challenges to reinforce approach, consistency, and focus.

Fielding & Throwing Progressions

  • Glove-to-Throw Transfers: Quick hands and clean exchanges for faster, more accurate throws.
  • Ground Ball Footwork: Short hops, forehand/backhand reps, and proper angles to the ball.
  • Fly Ball Tracking: Tennis ball and light ball drills emphasizing first step, communication, and positioning.
  • Reaction & Read Drills: Variable speed/direction reps to improve instincts and soft hands.
  • Fielding Circuit Training: High-rep stations for grounders, throws, and defensive movement patterns.

Pitching & Throwing Development

  • Throwing Mechanics: Proper grip, arm path, and body positioning for efficient throwing.
  • Balance & Direction Drills: Teaching pitchers to stay controlled and move toward the target.
  • Accuracy Challenges: Target throwing to build command and confidence.
  • Long Toss Progressions (Age-Appropriate): Light distance work to promote arm strength safely.
  • Pitching Competition Games: Fun challenges to reinforce focus, consistency, and mechanics.

2. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (60 minutes)

  • Full body mobility and flexibility

  • Full body strength training, education and execution of basic foundational exercises that yield the most results for increasing athletic performance.
