BEGINNERS
- Dynamic warm up & stretching
- Deep dive with core skills- passing/setting/spiking/serving/digging/blocking (specific drills teaching technique)
- Footwork for optimum movement and agility
- Overall volleyball game knowledge & tips
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED (in addition to above points)
- Offense/defense drills
- Conditioning (through volleyball specific drills)
- Position enhanced specific work for outside hitters/middle blockers, basic training for setters
- (3-6 athletes)**Register as Individuals and I will create the groups**
