This will be a 5 day skills camp that will focus on proper form, breathing, stride, gait and drills for efficient and effective running. The camp will be from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. The camp is designed for youth from 6-17 years of age. Whether you are new to running or an experienced runner, I am looking forward to helping you reach your goals. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
