The GFS High School Prep Mini Training is an intense 3 day program designed to prepare high school soccer players for their upcoming high school season. The program is open to boys and girls entering 8-12 grades. 

• Speed/Agility /Strength Training / Conditioning
• Technical Training (Ball Mastery, Dribbling, Passing/Receiving, Shooting)
• Functional Training (Positional)
• Small Sided / Full Sided Games
