Summer Basketball Peak Performance Program



July 7 – August 13

Tuesday's and Thursday's 9:00am-12:00pm


Our Summer Basketball Peak Performance Program is built to help players sharpen their skills, improve athleticism, and gain confidence throughout the summer. Each session blends high-quality basketball skill work with structured strength and conditioning to support long-term development and game-ready performance.

Athletes are grouped by age to ensure appropriate instruction, progression, and competitive balance.




1. Basketball Skill Development (90 Minutes)

Sessions focus on applying fundamentals at game speed while building confidence in competitive settings.

Skill Development

Players work on ball handling, shooting, passing, finishing, and defensive fundamentals, with an emphasis on executing skills under pressure.

Basketball IQ & Decision-Making

Athletes are challenged to read the floor, make quicker decisions, and understand spacing, timing, and movement within offensive and defensive situations.

Competitive Play

Each session includes competitive drills and small-sided games that reinforce skills, build toughness, and simulate real game environments.



2. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (90 Minutes)

Training is designed specifically for basketball athletes, focusing on explosiveness, agility, speed, and endurance.

Warm-Up & Mobility

  • 3-dimensional dynamic warm-up emphasizing movement quality
  • Full-body mobility and flexibility

Strength Training

  • Full-body strength training
  • Education and execution of foundational exercises that drive athletic performance

Explosiveness & Agility

  • Vertical and horizontal force development
  • Lateral quickness and change-of-direction mechanics
  • Core stability and rotational power

Conditioning / Game Shape

  • Basketball-specific metabolic conditioning
  • Competitive partner and group drills to mimic game and tryout intensity



Age Groups

Ages 7–10

  • Emphasis on fundamentals, coordination, and confidence
  • High-repetition skill work in a fun, engaging environment
  • Competitive games that encourage learning and enjoyment

Ages 11–14

  • Increased intensity and game-speed execution
  • Refinement of shooting, ball handling, and decision-making
  • Competitive play that mirrors real game demands
