Event Description:

$30 per class


These classes work on fundamental movements in agility, speed, power, strength.  Program includes linear speed, vertical power, horizontal power, change of direction/agility, and strength (learn the exercises) We recommend doing at least 1-2 session a week, preferred 2 session a week in the off-season. Class sizes are 3-4 clients normally at a time.


Hosted every MWF 5-6pm and TuTh 4-5pm and 6-7pm
