Event Description:

90-Minute Sessions | 45 Minutes Pitching • 45 Minutes Hitting

Program Requirement:

Athletes must already be somewhat advanced and able to throw, catch, and hit with proficiency. This is not an introductory program.

This high-energy, focused training program is designed for young athletes ready to take the next step in their baseball development. Sessions emphasize mechanical refinement, command, timing, and competitive execution — all within our turf and batting cage environment.

Pitching Development (45 Minutes)

Mechanical Efficiency & Arm Path

  • Balance, posture, and direction to the plate
  • Clean arm action and consistent release point
  • Lower-half sequencing for controlled power

Command & Control Progressions

  • Target-based bullpen work
  • Strike percentage challenges
  • Fastball command and change-up introduction (age appropriate)

Throwing & Arm Care

  • Structured throwing progression
  • Accuracy games to reinforce repeatable mechanics
  • Band work and mobility for arm health

Competitive Pitcher Challenges

  • “First to 5 Strikes” competitions
  • Situational pitching games to build confidence under pressure

Hitting Development (45 Minutes)

Swing Efficiency & Balance

  • Load and separation fundamentals
  • Staying through the baseball with controlled rotation
  • Barrel awareness and path consistency

Timing & Contact Training

  • Front toss rhythm work
  • Short-stride timing drills
  • Adjustability progressions

Situational & Competitive Rounds
