Program Requirement:
Athletes must already be somewhat advanced and able to throw, catch, and hit with proficiency. This is not an introductory program.
This high-energy, focused training program is designed for young athletes ready to take the next step in their baseball development. Sessions emphasize mechanical refinement, command, timing, and competitive execution — all within our turf and batting cage environment.
Pitching Development (45 Minutes)
Mechanical Efficiency & Arm Path
- Balance, posture, and direction to the plate
- Clean arm action and consistent release point
- Lower-half sequencing for controlled power
Command & Control Progressions
- Target-based bullpen work
- Strike percentage challenges
- Fastball command and change-up introduction (age appropriate)
Throwing & Arm Care
- Structured throwing progression
- Accuracy games to reinforce repeatable mechanics
- Band work and mobility for arm health
Competitive Pitcher Challenges
