Overly Dedicated Basketball Academy offers 4 days of the week of training (Monday - Thursday)! Our classes range from 60-75 minutes and are run by one of our high-level coaches. Group sessions are for athletes ranging from 4th grade up to college level and they are separated and scheduled by age.
