Event Description:

Drop in drills for all levels. Focus on fitness, ground strokes, net play, and footwork. Last 30-45 min. includes match play and games. We WILL stretch at the beginning and end of every session. Every session will be different in the first hour; footwork (lines & ladders), drilling (ground strokes & volleys), and inner game training (mental aspects of match play) will vary. Balls are supplied.
