Event Description:

$35 per session


This class is for the serious athlete. Speed work emphasis on increasing your acceleration and top speed, as well as your ability to change directions efficiently. Power development using plyometrics to enhance the elastic strength. We used triphasic training to build strength and to supplement the compound lifts accessory movements will be used to maintain balance in the body and further build strength. We recommend doing at least 2 session a week, preferred 4 session a week for maximum results.Class sizes are 3-4 clients normally at a time.


Hosted every MWF 6-7pm and TuTh 5-6pm
