Get Faster. Get Quicker. Get Game Ready.


Bando Performance is proud to launch a new Speed & Agility Program at the CoachUp Training Facility beginning Saturday, October 11th. This program is designed for athletes who want to separate themselves from the competition by developing the physical tools that drive performance in every sport.

Powered by the cutting-edge 1080 Motion Sprint technology and led by Bando’s team of expert coaches, each session provides athletes with the ability not only to train speed and explosiveness but also to measure and track progress in real time. The 1080 allows us to individualize resisted and assisted sprints, assess force output, and fine-tune mechanics to maximize athletic gains.


Sessions are designed around three core pillars of athletic development:

  1. Linear Speed & Acceleration – resisted and assisted sprints to enhance first-step quickness and top-end speed
  2. Change of Direction & Agility – cone and reaction drills to sharpen footwork, balance, and movement efficiency
  3. Explosive Power Development – three-dimensional medicine ball throws and single-leg jump variations to build rotational strength, stability, and sport-specific power


By combining proven training methods with advanced technology, this program ensures athletes build speed, quickness, and coordination that transfer directly to game-day performance—whether on the field, court, or ice.
