MLB and other baseball professionals have been implementing baseball into their routines for over 10 years and have seen astronomical success.
I have personally had the privilege to teach yoga to many collegiate and professional level baseball players to help them reach their goals and perform with less pain.
This one hour yoga session will focus on stretches to improve your basic performance, movements to decrease pain, breathwork to connect mind/body, and a post pitching recovery routine to help your body recover after pitching in games/bullpens.
I will also be available post session to answer specific questions regarding your pain and ways yoga can help manage your pain.
