Event Description:

Soccer – Peak Performance Skill & Athletic Development (Ages 6–10)

This 6-week program combines on-field soccer skill training with performance-based athletic development to build confident, well-rounded players. Each session blends technical ball mastery, passing, movement, and tactical awareness with BANDO Performance strength and conditioning. Players will improve balance, coordination, speed, and endurance — all while having fun through high-energy drills and competitive games.


1. On-Field Skill Development (60 minutes)

Technical Foundations

  • Ball Mastery: Inside/outside touches, sole rolls, and toe-taps to improve control and coordination.
  • Wall Work: Short passing repetitions off the wall to develop timing, first touch, and awareness.
  • Balance & Stability Drills: Control on one foot, catching and juggling variations to promote balance.

Passing & Movement

  • Short Distance Passing: Partner passing through cones, working both feet.
  • Receiving Under Pressure: Simple “check-in/check-out” movements before receiving the ball.
  • 1v1 Challenges: Focus on dribbling moves (scissors, pull-backs, step-overs).

Tactical Understanding

  • Positional Tactics with film coaching


2. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (60 minutes)

  • Warm-Up & Mobility
  • 3 Dimensional Dynamic warm-up focusing on different movement techniques/strategies. 
  • Full body mobility and flexibility 
  • Strength Training
  • Full body strength training, education and execution of basic foundational exercises that yield the most results for increasing athletic performance.
  • Explosiveness & Agility
  • Vertical and horizontal force development
  • Rotational Power and core stability development
  • Speed development (resisted or un-resisted)
  • Conditioning / Game Shape
  • Metabolic conditioning for the sport of Soccer
  • Partner competition drills
