This class is structured to raise each student-athletes awareness and knowledge on and off the court. Using the medium of basketball, our program concentrates on raising the decision making and effectiveness of each player. Through film sessions, small group exercises and intervention, we will break down plays, passes, shooting, ball handling and positioning. Each lesson is delivered on court in a highly interactive manner followed by a discussion and review of the conducted activity in the classroom. To ensure we are implementing our lessons with fidelity, we will utilize pre and post skill evaluations to monitor and gauge progress.
