Running camp for any high school athletes who are interested in competing at the collegiate level. The camp will run from Monday, July 24th through Thursday, July 27th. The tentative camp schedule will be as outlined below.

· 9:30 – Group Easy Run on Lower and Upper Panther Hollow Trail and Oval
· 10:15 – Circuit
· 10:30 Stretch
· 10:45 Snacks and Hydration
· 11:00 Talk and Q/A Session with Coach Mengel
Tuesday July 25th
· 9:00 - Warmup
· 9:15 - Drills
· 9:30 - Hill Workout
· 10:15 – Cool Down/Stretch
· 10:45 - Snacks and Hydration
· 11:00 - Talk and Q/A Session with Coach Gibson
Wednesday July 26th

· 9:30 - Group Workout on the 1000 M Oval Perimeter Trail
