"Group Training" days are comprised of weekly structured and detailed training sessions that will utilize a progression of stationary, movement, resistance-based, and competitive drills. Overly Dedicated offers 3 days of the week of training classes (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)! Our classes range from 60-75 minutes and are run by one of our high-level coaches. Our group sessions are for athletes ranging from 3rd grade up to college level and they are separated and scheduled by age.
Athletes who "no show" will not be given the opportunity to make it up. By signing up and not showing up, you have taken a roster spot from another athlete.
There is a "no refund" policy once a camp/clinic/package has started.
Must cancel within 48 hours of the start date of the 1st session.
