Summer Soccer Peak Performance Program


July 6 – August 12

Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00am-12:00pm


Our Summer Soccer Peak Performance Program is designed to help players continue developing their skills, athleticism, and confidence throughout the summer months. This program combines focused soccer skill training with structured strength and conditioning to support long-term development and game-ready performance.

Athletes will train in age-appropriate groups to ensure proper instruction, progression, and competitive balance.




1. Soccer Skill Development (90 Minutes)

Each session emphasizes quality touches, decision-making, and competitive play in a fast-paced, engaging environment.

Technical Skill Development

Players work on ball control, passing, receiving, and finishing while learning how to apply skills at game speed.

Tactical Awareness

Athletes are challenged to read the game, make quicker decisions, and understand spacing and movement within competitive scenarios.

Competitive Games

Every session includes small-sided and competitive games designed to reinforce skills, promote creativity, and build confidence under pressure.



2. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (90 Minutes)

Training is tailored specifically to the demands of soccer, focusing on speed, agility, endurance, and durability.

Warm-Up & Mobility

  • 3-dimensional dynamic warm-up focusing on multiple movement strategies
  • Full-body mobility and flexibility work

Strength Training

  • Full-body strength training
  • Education and execution of foundational exercises that support athletic performance

Explosiveness & Agility

  • Acceleration and deceleration mechanics
  • Lateral movement and change-of-direction development
  • Core stability and rotational power

Conditioning / Game Shape

  • Soccer-specific metabolic conditioning
  • Competitive partner drills to simulate match intensity



Age Groups

Ages 7–10

  • Emphasis on fundamentals, coordination, and confidence
  • High-touch environment to encourage creativity and enjoyment
  • Games that promote learning through play

Ages 11–14

  • Increased intensity and game-speed execution
  • Refinement of technical skills and decision-making
  • Competitive play that mirrors real match demands
