This two-hour sessions will be videotaped & analyzed, videos will shared with the athlete to see him/her self, but for college exposure. All athletes will get a FREE t-shirt. Sessions are limited to 10 athletes per group per Covid-19 restrictions. All athletes will be screened and get temperature checked at each session. Face masks must be worn when unable to maintain 6-feet social distancing. Face masks will not be worn when training or performing drills. Athletes must bring their own hand sanitizers and water bottle. NO RESTROOM on site!
