Soccer – Peak Performance Skill & Athletic Development (Ages 15-18)
This 6-week program combines on-field soccer skill training with performance-based athletic development to build confident, well-rounded players. Each session blends technical ball mastery, passing, movement, and tactical awareness with BANDO Performance strength and conditioning. Players will improve balance, coordination, speed, and endurance — all while having fun through high-energy drills and competitive games.
1. On-Field Skill Development (60 minutes)
Advanced Technical Work
- Wall Work: Rapid one- and two-touch passing combinations; first-touch control at angles.
- Short Passing in Tight Spaces: Triangles and rondos to build quick decision-making.
- Ball Mastery Under Pressure: Dribbling at speed, tight control in confined areas, and first-touch redirection.
Finishing & Tactical IQ
- Shooting on the run and finishing from service.
- Positional play (movement off the ball, combination patterns).
- Positional tactics
Balance & Footwork
- Core stability with movement control.
- Balance and coordination exercises integrated into technical work.
2. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (60 minutes)
- Warm-Up & Mobility
- 3 Dimensional Dynamic warm-up focusing on different movement techniques/strategies.
- Full body mobility and flexibility
- Strength Training
- Full body strength training, education and execution of basic foundational exercises that yield the most results for increasing athletic performance.
- Explosiveness & Agility
- Vertical and horizontal force development
- Rotational Power and core stability development
- Speed development (resisted or un-resisted)
- Conditioning / Game Shape
- Metabolic conditioning for the sport of Soccer
- Partner competition drills
