Level: Beginner-Advanced

Kolbe Cathedral’s Head Volleyball Coach Roderick Ricketts and I will be hosting this volleyball camp for athletes who plan on elevating their game, as well as strivimg to play on their school’s team this upcoming Fall and Spring season.

•During this camp, athletes will be focusing on Conditioning, which is very important. It prepares the athletes in advance to be in shape before their desired season.

•Skill and Technique will be taught, which is a necessity for all players of the sport. Without Skill and Technique, it will be difficult to improve and have fun playing the sport.

•All Positions will be taught. As a volleyball player, it is very important to understand each position on the court. Knowing each position will make the athlete a more flexible player and a true asset to the team.
