Bando Hockey Skills & Skating

Join us this summer for six weeks of high-level skating and skill development designed specifically for high school and prep athletes looking to elevate their game before the upcoming season.

Program Dates: July 6 – August 12

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays

Time: 3:00 PM – 4:20 PM

Location: Boston Sports Institute, 900 Worcester Street, Wellesley, MA

Ages: High School & Prep Athletes

Monday – Power Skating

Led by Jack Liu (JT Power Skating), these sessions focus on skating mechanics, acceleration, edge control, agility, balance, and overall skating efficiency to help players become faster, stronger, and more explosive skaters.

Wednesday – Bando Skills

Bando Skills sessions emphasize puck handling, passing, shooting, hockey IQ, and game-like drills.
