This is an all girls event in the Palm Beach County area, emphasizing wide receiver development. Each day you will go through intensive training in preparation for rec, club, high school, collegiate and national competition with professional player and developmental coach Alex Wheat Jr. You will be coached in the areas of: Stance & start, framing the catch, dropping weight, breakpoints, route transition and a variety of other concepts relative to the wide receiver position.

This is not limited to players who identify themselves as wide receivers. If you are on the offensive side of the ball or want to improve as a pass catcher for your flag football team, this opportunity is for YOU. All positions welcome.

Details:

• Two 1-hour training sessions.
• Grades: 8-12
• There is no open enrollment for this event. Availability is limited. (10 Spots)
• Location will be disclosed the week of event.

Cleats (Cleats must be worn. This is not optional.)

Sunglasses (Optional)
