Ages: 12 & Up
This session is dedicated to Speed & Agility, Running Mechanics, Change of Direction (C.O.D), Body Control/Balance and Strength & Explosiveness training. We also work on Football ball skills and movements. This is like an off-season program for football athletes. We will meet in a gym on Tuesdays and outside on Thursdays. This is a very unique group session that focuses on developing the athletes overall athleticism but caters to football players.
