Shooting and dodging form and footwork drills. Will be using tennis balls as it's indoors. We will be doing drills and lessons that can also be done at home on their own to continue to get better. The gym is inside so turf shoes or workout shoes, NO CLEATS. Please be ready to start right at 7.
