6-Week Elite Quarterback & Wide Receiver Development

Program


Take your game to the next level with our 6-Week Elite QB & WR Development Program — a comprehensive training experience built for athletes who want to dominate on the field and perform at an elite level. Each session is structured for maximum results, combining 1 hour of on-field skill development for both QB’s & WR’s with 1 hour of performance training in the

weight room to build complete athletes from the ground up.


On the field, quarterbacks and receivers will sharpen timing, accuracy, route precision, release mechanics, coverage recognition, and live-rep chemistry. Every rep is coached with intent, emphasizing game-speed execution, decision-making, and position-specific mastery.


In the weight room, athletes will develop the physical tools that separate good players from great ones — explosive power, rotational strength, sprint speed, deceleration control, and injury resilience. All performance training is designed specifically for football movement demands, not generic lifting.


Program Goals

Quarterbacks

-Enhance throwing biomechanics for a faster, more efficient throwing motion

-Develop tight-window accuracy

-Increase throwing velocity

-Improve footwork & drops tailored to fit any offensive system

-Increase multi-directional speed, strength, and the ability to extend plays

-Elevate football IQ, coverage recognition, & route concept knowledge

Wide Receivers

-Sharpen your route-running

-Improve separation ability from DB’s

-Enhance release techniques

-Strengthen catching ability and catch radius

-Gain the gamebreaking speed for big-play explosiveness

Skill Development

(Hour 1)

Purpose: Develop positional skills, timing, and game-like execution

Dynamic warm-up

-Emphasis on mobility, activation, and raising body temperature
