Your best ability is availability! Join us on Sundays during the season to help recover from the previous week and game and prepare your body for an elite week of preparation.
Sundays / 1:00-2:00 pm / 60-minute sessions
limited to 12 athletes / starts August 25th and runs through November 10th

SESSIONS WILL INCLUDE:
mobility work, static stretching, PNF stretching, body tempering, Diaphragmatic breathing, Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR), Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs), Progressive Angular Isometric Loading, Regressive Angular Isometric Loading (PAILS & RAILS), additional nutrition and recovery method suggestions for during the week
