10-15 minutes: Skills practice-Fundamental and introduction to next level fundamentals
3-5 minutes: Pregame warm up (team style)
2-3 minutes: Team huddle, Cover player/team/coaches goals & expectations during the game, question to the coach!!!!
12-15 minutes: Skill specific scrimmage, passing, screening, situational shooting, situational defense, clock management (10 seconds left what to do)....
30-45 minutes: full court scrimmage games 10 player minimum.
or Half court scrimmage 4-8 players.
1 v 1 Half court 2-3 players.
Skills competition with 2-10 players on the last day of training.
Games will be refereed by coaches.
