Event Description:

This is perfect for those who want to start running or are coming back from a hiatus. We will start each run with some running drills and then go into run/walk intervals for ~45 min, ending with a cool down and some light stretching. These will be slow and easy runs completed as a group. For those brand new to running, we can go over running fundamentals and proper running form. This group run will be held every Wednesday evening for the month of September (4 weeks).
