With the cancellation of sports ( Cross Country,Track and Road Races) I will be offering weekend workouts. This is a great opportunity to keep motivated and receive state of the art training. All Sessions will incorporate a warm up, drills, speed workout and a cooldown. These workouts will keep runners sharp in conjunction with the winter sports season. Locations will vary but will all be in Suffolk County. All workouts will cater to all levels of running and be person centered on each runners ability.
