Classroom : Chalk Talk, Film Review , character development , leadership training and goal setting . 

Field work: footwork, mechanics, individual drills, throwing routes vs specific coverages and competition . 

When : 4:30 to 6pm

Where : Capo Valley HS in Mission Viejo .
