Join us Saturday April 7th from 1-4 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center for a Freestyle & Backstroke clinic for competitive swimmers ages 10-14. Swimmers must already be swimming on a USA Swimming Club team, YMCA Club team, summer league team or the equivalent.

We'll cover the latest innovations in swimming technique for freestyle & backstroke, turns for each, starts for each, relay exchanges for freestyle and some fun sprinting secrets you need to know! After the clinic we'll have a recovery snack for you and a swim cap!
