11:00- 12:00 WORKING LUNCH -Break down of Filmed Javelin Technique (in film room) - Lunch Provided (sandwiches, chips and drinks provided)
12:00- 12:30 Short Break
12:30 -1:00 Javelin Predictor Test (throwing field)
1:00 - 2:30 Javelin Spec Throws & Drill Session (throwing field)
2:30- 3:30 Progressive Filmed Throwing Session - On Grass (throwing field)
3:30 - 4:45 - Breakdown of Filmed Throwing Session (film room)
5:00 - Camp Wrap Up - Q&A - Closing Session
