How it works:

• 1 (2 hour practice a week) 14 hrs of training
• Runs for 6 weeks
• In each 2 hour  practice
• Hour one: Defense
• Hour two: Offense/Hitting

Week 1-3

• Infield skills (position will change per day)
• Hitting/ Baserunning

Week 4-5

• Outfield skills (position will change per day)
• Hitting/ Baserunning

Week 6

• Pitching/ Catching skills
• Hitting/Baserunning

Cost

• $215 per 7 weeks
• For 14 hours worth of training per month
• (less than $15 per hour)

Location

• Hidden Valley Middle School ECHS baseball Field

Time

• 9 am to 11 am
