Who: Youth, high school, college, and adult athletes (all levels welcome)
What to Expect:
This high-energy outdoor session uses hill training to build explosive speed and game-ready conditioning. Athletes will go through a dynamic warm-up, sprint mechanics, and progressive hill drills designed to improve acceleration and leg drive while reducing injury risk.
