This session is aimed for players that play competitive soccer only.

The session will start with a warm up and transition into technical warm up in the players position.

Coach expectations:

• Players should be able to describe their team environment
• Players should be able to communicate in a group setting
• Players should be able to run and compete
• Players should be able to work with different indivduals
• Players should be able to talk about tactics

Requirements:

• Ability to pass and receive the ball with at least one dominant foot
• Ability to dribble with at least one dominant foot
• Ability to run with at least one dominant foot
• Ability to finish/shoot the ball with at least one dominant foot
• Ability to control the ball from the air
