🏀Junior HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL WEEKLY WORKOUTS 🏀
The Junior High School Basketball weekly workout will take place every Wednesday starting May 20th from 6:30–8:00 P.M. at Oakland Elementary in Richmond, Texas.
💰 Workout Pricing:
• $20 per player
⚠️ Maximum number of players: 12
The goal of the workout is to prepare players to perform at a high level within the system they are playing in.
Although every system is different, all Junior high school coaches want players on the floor who can dribble, shoot, pass, finish, and defend.
The first 45 minutes of the workout will focus on skill development, including:
• Ball handling
• Finishing
• Driving
• Shooting
The second half of the workout will consist of live gameplay. Players will be placed in game situations where they must make plays for themselves and their teammates. During this session, we will play multiple games of:
• 1-on-1
• 2-on-2
• 3-on-3
This 90-minute workout is designed to equip players to perform at a high level on both offense and defense.
