Small Group sessions are aimed to help players execute technical skills with the ball while also focusing on positive reinforcement. These sessions are held throughout the year and can be started at any time. They are available to help identify behaviors and hone skills to take your athlete to the next level.
The session will be 1 hour and focus on:
Technical skills like:
- First touch on the ball
- Passing & Receiving the ball
- Controlling the aerial ball
- Dribbling with the ball
- Running with ball
- Turning with the ball
- Long ball and driven ball
- Throwins
- Heading the ball
Physical:
- Speed, Agility and Reaction
- Acceleration & Deceleration sprints
Psychological:
- Positive motivation
- Mental preparedness
