More About Coach Zoe

I have plenty of experience that I have gained through the last 10 years. I have a diverse teaching arsenal, which includes certifications from NASM and ISSA in Personal Training, Golf Fitness, MMA, Corrective Exercises, Group Exercises and the TPI certifications. I have coached on social, youth, amateur and professional levels.

I played collegiate golf and won the NCCA individual and team championships, two consecutive years in a row. I followed college by turning to professional golf in the US, Europe, Asia and Africa for 9 years. After this, I cycled professionally for 3 years and won one of the most prestigeos 8 day stage races, called The Cape Epic. My next adventure was a professional firefighter for 7 years. I was inducted in the Lynn University Hall of Fame in 2012. During all these years I was a part time Personal Trainer.

As an example, I would use a golf specific fitness session: Start with a 15 warm-up, followed by strength training exercises, intermittent with golf fitness specifics for 35 minutes, followed by full body stretch, or massage if preferred. Gold specifics include exercises like Tornadoes, Ball Hug, Pull Downs, Cable Pulls, Wrist Rolls etc.
