More About Coach Zac
I have been a student of the game for 12 years, having played at the highest levels of junior amateur tournament golf and amateur golf in the state of Indiana. I have taught numerous clients of all different ability levels and have seen great success and growth within my client's physical and mental games. I have helped both the boy's and women's teams at Plainfield High School in Plainfield, Indiana along with helping many other adolescents from all over. I have learned under several of Indiana's finest coaches and have incorporated many different aspects of all their lessons in order to guarantee the individuality of each lesson.
I was a state qualifier along with having two tournament wins. Was in the top ten of every golf tournament with the exception of one senior year. Was a letter-winner and four year member of the Ball State University Cardinals golf program along with gaining one top twenty within my career. Numerous top twenty, top ten, and top five finishes within the Indiana Golf Association Summer tour. Career low score of 63. Helped several golfers at Plainfield grow their games to a level of success that allowed them to earn scholarships at the collegiate level.
There is no one-swing-fits-all formula that will simply turn a game around. Therefore, it is imperative that the lesson be curtailed to each client as is needed for their specific issue they wish to address. The first session with a new client will be gathering information on the client and what they wish to achieve with their golf game. Along with observing the client's abilities and tendencies, I will recommend small changes that can be easily adjusted and can be quickly addressed in order to make future progress within the upcoming lessons. Lessons thereafter will be driven primarily by taking an all-around approach to the game including short-game, ball-striking, course management, and mental processes surrounding the game. We will work primarily on weaknesses within the client's games, while ensuring that their strength's are not sacrificed and allow the client to learn how to use these strengths to their fullest potential. No two lessons will be the same.
Different clients have different abilities, different body types, different goals, and different levels of experience that should be tailored individually to the client as they wish to see their skill set improve. I am willing to give individual lessons that are tailored to one specific trait of the game. However, with the many aspects that surround the golf swing and the game as a whole; multiple lessons of primarily an hour (or longer should the client request it) are suggested in order to guareentee long-term success instead of momentary. I hope to see you in the future and get your golf game in the right direction towards success!
